Trade Account Application and Benefits
A LabelDepot trade account gives your business lower prices, flexible payment terms and a dedicated account manager. If you're buying labels regularly, a trade account saves you money on every order. Applications take five minutes and most are approved within 24 hours.
Who Qualifies
Trade accounts are available to any legitimate business or organisation that purchases labels on an ongoing basis. You don't need to be a large company.
- ABN holders: sole traders, partnerships, companies and trusts with a valid Australian Business Number.
- Government departments: federal, state and local government agencies. Purchase order arrangements available.
- Schools and universities: public and private education providers.
- Hospitals and healthcare facilities: public hospitals, private clinics, pathology labs and aged-care providers.
- Registered charities and not-for-profits: with a valid ABN or ACN.
Volume Discount Tiers
Trade account holders receive automatic discounts based on order size. These discounts apply on top of any catalogue sale pricing.

Discounts are calculated per order. Cases refer to our standard case quantities (typically 8-12 rolls per case for thermal labels). For high-volume contracts, we offer fixed pricing locked in for 6 or 12 months.

Delivery
Trade accounts receive preferential freight rates and free delivery on qualifying orders.
- Free metro delivery: orders over $200 (ex. GST) ship free to all Australian capital city metro areas.
- Flat $15 regional delivery: a flat rate of $15 for regional and rural addresses, regardless of order weight.
- Express available: next-business-day express delivery to metro areas for urgent orders. Quoted at checkout.
- Bulk freight: pallet quantities ship via road freight with tailored rates. Your account manager will arrange the most cost-effective option.
How to Apply
The application process is simple. Most approvals happen within 24 hours on business days.
- Submit the online form: provide your business name, ABN, delivery address, billing contact and an estimate of your monthly label usage.
- ABN verification: we verify your ABN against the Australian Business Register. This is automatic and takes seconds.
- Credit assessment: for 30-day terms, a standard credit check is completed. Orders under $2,000/month are typically approved without additional references.
- Account activation: you'll receive login credentials and your account manager's direct contact details by email. You can place your first order immediately.
The entire process usually takes less than 24 hours. For government and large enterprise accounts requiring purchase order arrangements, allow two to three business days for setup.
